We design, build and operate software from Tokyo and Kathmandu. When we hire, we hire for ownership: people who ask why a requirement exists before building it, and who stay with what they ship.

The team is small enough that what you build is visible. We work in Japanese and English, and we pay more attention to how someone reasons through a problem than to the stack they have used before.

Where we hire

Tokyo

Our head office in Itabashi. Client-facing engineering, planning and operations, working in Japanese and English.

Kathmandu

N.D.S. Venture in Balkhu, our engineering team. Three hours and fifteen minutes from Tokyo, so the working days overlap almost entirely.

How we work

We mostly work from the office at each location, and go remote when the work calls for it. Being spread across two countries means decisions get written down rather than settled in a corridor, and it means the checks that protect quality sit in the process rather than in one senior engineer's memory.
